We’re Teresa and Julia, the mother-daughter team behind Isla and Blue Gift Boutique. Our online shop, launched in 2020, has grown steadily, thanks to our love for crafting beautiful chenille chunky knit blankets and other delightful handmade items.

Our journey has been filled with wonderful experiences, and we’re dedicated to bringing warmth and joy into people's lives with our creations. 

At Isla & Blue, we offer more than just our cherished chenille chunky knit blankets. We have cozy throws, comfy tees, cuddly stuffies and many other treasures, all made with lots of love and care.

We absolutely love taking custom orders. It’s so fulfilling to create blankets that perfectly suit our customers' tastes and needs, and we pour our hearts into every custom piece, ensuring top-notch quality and attention to detail.

What are your shipping & return policies?

SHIPPING:

Treat yourself to more and we'll bless you with $0 delivery fees! We offer free shipping on orders over $50 so let's get shopping :)

All other shipping costs are determined based on your zip code and the weight of the item using USPS or UPS standard calculations. We ship from Keller, Texas which is pretty central in the US. We strive to offer reasonable shipping fees across the country.

RETURNS:

Changed your mind? We offer exchanges or store credit on select items.

Terms
Our policy is 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Custom Orders
ALL custom orders are final sale due to their intricate nature. Please be specific in your request form submission, or email us at isla.and.blue@gmail.com for more information.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchange Process
Our policy is you ship the item back to us, when we receive it it is then inspected for damage. If there is no damage, we will then ship the new item to you. 

What are the care instructions for your items?

KNITS

Knits include Blankets, Stuffies, Beanies, and any other yarn creations. These items are handmade by Teresa & Julia. We take great care in handcrafting all our items.

For ease of use, these items are all machine washable as long as certain precautions are taken. Please wash on delicate cycle and air dry is preferred. You can place these items in the dryer on delicate as well if need be, however, this will increase the likelihood of wearing the fabric.

APPAREL

Apparel includes all t-shirts and embroidered sweaters. These items can also be washed in the washing machine on delicate cycle. Use a low heat or delicate setting on the dryer cycle. DO NOT iron on any decals, vinyl designs may be compromised.

What sizes do your blankets come in?

Blanket sizes are an approximate. Blankets are flexible and will expand.

Approximate Dimensions:
Baby — 30 x 30 in
Small — 2.5 x 4.5 ft
Medium — 3 x 5 ft
Large — 3.5 x 6 ft
